Classification of resins
There are many methods for the classification of resins, which can be classified into natural resins and synthetic resins according to the source of resin.
1, according to the classification of resin synthesis reaction
According to this method, the resin can be divided into the polymer and the polymer. The polymer is a polymer which is prepared by addition polymerization. The chemical structure of the link structure is the same as that of the monomer.
Condensation polymer is a kind of polymer which is made by condensation polymerization. The chemical formula of the structure unit is different from the molecular formula of the monomer, such as phenolic resin, polyester resin, polyamide resin and so on.
2, according to the composition of resin molecular chain classification
According to this method, the resin can be divided into carbon chain polymer, chain polymer and organic polymer.
A carbon chain polymer is a polymer whose main chain is made up of carbon atoms, such as polyethylene, polystyrene, etc..
The hetero chain polymer is a polymer whose main chain is composed of two elements such as carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur, and so on.
Organic polymer is the main chain does not necessarily contain carbon atoms, mainly by silicon, oxygen, aluminum, titanium, boron, sulfur, phosphorus and other elements of the atoms, such as silicone.
